"Platform" refers to InworkJobs.com and all associated services.

"Employer" means any user who posts tasks or micro-jobs on the Platform.

"Worker" means any user who completes tasks posted by Employers.

"Task" means a single micro-job listing with defined requirements and payment.

Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.

Information you provide is accurate and complete.

You will maintain only one account.

You will comply with all applicable laws.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Task Completion & Approval

Employers reserve the right to approve or reject submitted work based on task requirements. Workers must submit genuine proof of completion. Fraudulent or fake submissions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.

Prohibited Activities

Fraudulent submissions Multiple accounts Automated bots or scripts Spam or abusive behavior Submitting fake or stolen information

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.

Limitation of Liability

InworkJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or business opportunities. The platform acts solely as a facilitator between Employers and Workers.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcement.
