Microjob Marketplace
A complete guide to how our marketplace operates for both workers and employers
Find Jobs & Start Earning
The InworkJobs marketplace is designed to give workers complete freedom and control over the tasks they choose to complete. Unlike traditional employment models, our platform allows you to work entirely on your own terms.
How Finding Jobs Works
Browse through hundreds of available micro-jobs categorized by type, payout, and difficulty. You have the complete freedom to select tasks that match your skills and interests while skipping those that do not align with your capabilities.
Every task displays clear instructions, estimated completion time, and the exact payment amount before you accept it. There is no obligation to complete any task you are not comfortable with.
Submitting Proper Proof
After completing a task, you must submit clear and genuine proof of completion as specified in the task requirements. This may include screenshots, screen recordings, or other verifiable evidence. The employer will review your submission and rate it accordingly. Submitting incomplete or misleading proof may result in rejection and affect your account standing.
Reporting Unfair Reviews
If you believe your correctly submitted work was unfairly rejected by an employer, you have the right to file a report within 24 hours of the rejection. Our support team will investigate the matter by reviewing the evidence from both parties. Reports submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be processed. The entire review and rating process is automatically completed within a maximum of six days. If the employer fails to rate your submission within this six-day period, the system automatically approves the task and releases your payment in full.
Post Jobs & Get Work Done
Our marketplace enables businesses, marketers, and entrepreneurs to post micro-jobs and have them completed by a large pool of verified workers quickly and efficiently.
Targeted Job Posting
When posting a job, you can select specific targeting options including worker location by country, preferred job categories, and worker experience levels. This ensures your task reaches the most suitable audience for optimal results.
A nominal service fee of 5% is applied to each job posting, which supports platform maintenance, security infrastructure, and ongoing development of new features.
Review & Rating Timeline
As an employer, you have a maximum of six days to review each submission and provide a rating. If you do not take any action within this period, the system automatically approves the submission and releases payment to the worker. This automatic mechanism protects workers from indefinite delays and ensures a fair and timely payment cycle for all parties.
Reporting Incorrect Submissions
If a worker submits incorrect, fake, or irrelevant work, you can report the submission directly from your dashboard. Our platform automatically detects and rejects submissions that clearly violate task requirements. You also have the option to reward exceptional workers with tips or bonuses at your discretion. Tipping is entirely optional and never mandated by InworkJobs.
Job Approval Conditions
All jobs posted on InworkJobs must comply with our marketplace guidelines. The following conditions apply to every job submission:
Every job must be listed under the correct category and subcategory that accurately represents the nature of the task. Misplaced or miscategorized jobs will not be approved and will be returned to the employer for correction.
Jobs that violate the privacy, security, or terms of service of any external platform, website, or application are strictly prohibited and will be rejected immediately.
Any job that requires workers to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities will not be approved under any circumstances.
Employers are responsible for providing clear, detailed, and unambiguous instructions. Jobs with vague or insufficient descriptions may be delayed or rejected during the review process.
Job Management Features
Job Revision
If a submitted task requires correction or modification, employers can send the job back for revision with specific notes on what needs to be changed. The worker then has 24 hours to resubmit the corrected work. If the worker fails to resubmit within this timeframe, the task is automatically marked as unsatisfied, and the job becomes available for other workers to claim. Similarly, if an employer sends a job for revision and no available worker picks it up within 24 hours, the job is released from the current worker and reassigned to a new worker from the available pool.
Any fraudulent use of the revision system by either party should be reported immediately to [email protected]. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action based on the evidence found.
Increase Workers
Employers have the flexibility to increase the number of workers assigned to any job at any time, even for jobs that are already in progress or have been completed. This feature is particularly useful when you need to scale up your campaign reach or require additional output for ongoing projects. Simply adjust the worker count from your job dashboard and the system will immediately open new slots for additional workers.
Job Boost
The Boost feature allows employers to promote any posted job to the top of the Find Jobs listing for maximum visibility. When you boost a job, it appears prominently at the top of search results and category pages, significantly increasing the likelihood of quick completion by available workers. A single boost session provides premium placement for up to ten minutes, during which your job receives priority exposure to all active workers browsing the marketplace.
Delete Job
Employers can delete any posted job at their discretion. However, there is an important prerequisite: all pending submissions from workers must be reviewed and rated before the job can be deleted. If any submission remains unrated, the system will prevent job deletion until all outstanding reviews are completed. This policy ensures that no worker is left unpaid for their completed work and maintains the integrity of our marketplace.
Fair Marketplace Commitment
InworkJobs is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and efficient marketplace for all users. If you encounter any issues, our support team is available at [email protected]
