Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair and transparent financial transactions
At InworkJobs, we strive to ensure that every transaction on our platform is fair and satisfactory for all parties involved. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them. By using InworkJobs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally applicable under the following circumstances:
The task posted by an employer was not completed by any worker within the specified timeframe.
The submitted work by a worker was rejected by the employer due to valid reasons and no alternative worker completed the task.
A duplicate or erroneous payment was made due to a technical error on the platform.
The task was removed by InworkJobs administration for violating platform policies before any work was completed.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
The task was completed and approved by the employer. Once approval is given, the transaction is considered final and irreversible.
The worker submitted fraudulent or incomplete proof intentionally. In such cases, the worker's account is subject to suspension and the employer's payment remains non-refundable as administrative compensation.
The employer failed to provide clear task requirements, resulting in submissions that did not match expectations. Employers are responsible for setting accurate and complete task descriptions.
The user changed their mind after depositing funds or posting a task. All deposits and task payments are voluntary and considered final once initiated.
The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the transaction date. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, users must follow the procedure outlined below:
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between an employer and a worker regarding task completion or payment, InworkJobs administration will act as a neutral mediator. Both parties will be asked to provide evidence supporting their claim. Our decision, based on the evidence presented and platform policies, will be final and binding for the transaction in question. We aim to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of receiving complete information from both parties.
Policy Modifications
InworkJobs reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about their rights and obligations regarding refunds. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
